It’s a good substitute for fresh truffles. When kept in its liquid, it mantains all the peculiarities of its flavour and aroma. It can be sliced or grated, in oil or butter, and used as a condiment for risotto, pasta, eggs, bruschettas, meat and fish dishes. The preserving liquid can also be used as a dressing.
