Carnaroli rice with dehydrated summer truffle pieces. We reccomend to use it adding just a spoon of extra virgin olive oil or some butter. At the end, we advise to add some Parmesan. During cooking, the dried pieces of truffle regain all the aroma and scent of fresh truffles.
